Instructions to User

1) User must sign in above with their CAT number.

2) Only authorized trained personnel are approved to use this program (CAT Certified)

3) Once opened a record may be edited to correct errors. However once closed, a unique record number and file are established and the file may not be edited at that point. Please ensure that all entries are correct before closing the record

4) Only undeployed, OEM airbag modules may be inspected using this procedure.
